David Silver, CEO

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

David established Forward Healthcare in 2015 to provide diagnostic and therapeutic solutions related to sleep disorders to Healthcare Organizations and Industry, particularly to the transportation companies. He currently serves as CEO of Forward Healthcare and Choice Medical Healthcare which is a national provider of sleep apnea supplies. Prior to founding Forward Healthcare and Choice Medical David was CEO and Founder of MedTrackAlert, an online company tracking the latest developments around chronic conditions. David studied at the University of Chicago, receiving a BA in Law, Letters and Society.

Tony Dollinger, RPSGT, RST, CCSH

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Tony has more than 35 years experience in neurodiagnostics and sleep disorders medicine. This includes research in sleep at Walter Reed Army Medical Center where he served as the Clinical Director of the program, and academic experience as he developed and taught the first college level sleep technology program in Maryland at Howard Community College. He is registered by the Board of Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) as a RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) and as a CCSH (Clinical Sleep Health Educator).  He also has a certification by the BRPT in Pediatric Sleep and has an additional board certification by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine as a RST (Registered Sleep Technologist). He has served as a clinical director to healthcare facility-based programs and worked with partners in the transportation industry to establish and operate fatigue risk management programs. He has expertise with both in-lab and home sleep test studies, managing professional services, sleep-related education, sleep center accreditation and monitoring and support programs.

Allen Klichevski

CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Allen Klichevski, is the Chief Business Development Officer for Forward Healthcare, LLC. With 20+ years of business development, key account management, and medical device sales expertise. Allen is a graduate of West Virginia University and has previously held key roles with Boston Scientific, CR Bard/Beckton Dickinson, EKOS/BTG, Dentsply, Agiliti Health, and Zoll-Itamar medical in various management, specialty sales, and leadership roles. Allen has helped launch new disruptive technologies in the sleep, pulmonary, cardiovascular, and vascular specialties and helped grow several start-ups to industry leaders. Allen has won numerous sales awards for his achievements and is an advocate for raising the level of care we all receive as patients.

Brian Bohner, MD

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Bohner is a highly acclaimed physician specializing in pulmonary disease and sleep medicine with more than 25 years in practice. He has been recognized as one of America’s Top Physicians by the Consumer’s Research Council of America and was named as one of the Top Doctors in sleep medicine by Baltimore magazine for more than 10 consecutive years. He is a founding member of the Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates of Baltimore (PCCAB) and is the founder of the Sleep Medicine Associates of Maryland (SMAM). Dr. Bohner has served as the Medical Director of several large hospital-based sleep centers, all accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Bohner is a founding member of the Maryland Sleep Society, serving several terms as its President. He was also a member of the Maryland Sleep Consortium that spearheaded sleep technologist licensure in the state. Dr. Bohner has trained more than 100 medical residents in hospitals throughout the Baltimore region and hundreds more at sleep training symposiums worldwide. Dr. Bohner is a military veteran who served as a Major in the United States Air Force for 3 years of active duty. He was deployed as a physician to Operation Desert Storm in 1991.

Alan Schwartz, MD

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Alan Schwartz serves as the Medical QA Director for Forward Healthcare. Dr. Schwartz is a world-renowned sleep medicine specialist who has held leadership positions at Johns Hopkins Sleep Center for the past 3 decades, most recently the director of the Johns Hopkins Sleep Disorders Center. He currently is in private practice in Towson Maryland with PCCAB. His history of research and product development have included 3 different patents for devices used in diagnosing and treating obstructive sleep apnea. He has also authored over 150 publications, including the initial validation studies for the WatchPat (Itamar Medical) unit, currently the primary diagnostic sleep testing device used by FHC. Dr. Schwartz has provided services for FHC since 2019. His current roles as FHC QA director include overseeing OSA screening methods for commercial drivers, and also to provide guidelines for validating results of portable monitoring in the assessment of OSA in commercial drivers.

Robert Stadnik, RPSGT, B.S

PATIENT DATA MANAGER

Rob has been working in the sleep field since September 2008. He obtained his registry from the BRPT in May of 2010 and became licensed in June of 2011. Clinically, Rob has served as a clinical coordinator at several multi-bed programs in the Baltimore area. Rob has been instrumental in the implementation of Lab Retriever, a cloud based patient information platform, for FWDHC. Lab Retriever is a digital scheduling, patient information, records, and analysis database that allows remote access to all Forward Healthcare patient files. . Rob has a Bachelor's of Science degree from Towson University in Electronic Media and Film, and has worked for CBS radio Baltimore. Rob is using his media background to develop and produce instructional and educational videos to improve patient knowledge and compliance.

Nancy Hebert, RRT

Director of Medical System and Client Optimization

Nancy began her career in 1985 as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at John's Hopkins Hospital. In 1987 she joined the team at Medstar Health and held various senior leadership and management roles where she was instrumental in building and running multiple sleep programs. She recently retired after 35 years of Service, 29 of them as Director of Respiratory Care and the Sleep Labs at Good Samaritan and Union Memorial Hospitals. Nancy obtained a certificate as a Sleep Educator and joined the Forward Health Care Team in 2022

Melissa Izquierdo, RPSGT

Regional laboratory manager

Melissa brings over 10 years of sleep medicine experience to the team. She has managed complex specialty labs in medical systems of all sizes. In addition to being a registered polysomnographic technologist, Melissa also holds certifications in Pediatrics, EKG, and IV Therapy. She is an expert in AASM program accreditation and multi-specialty healthcare practice management.
